Halloween Already?!

Grampy always has the best Halloween decorations in Chico...this year he's outdone himself! The "Rolling Bones" are in concert on his front lawn...but if you don't already have tickets, you'll have to settle for a piece of chocolate candy on October 31st...the concert seems to be sold out. Can't wait to see it all in action on Halloween!
