Yesterday I was in the H Mart picking up a few things and saw these Tibetan monks shopping for provisions. Now that's not something you see every day, at least round here, anyway. ;-)

While I was out running errands, I drove past the Md. Dept. of Corrections. It always skeeves me out a little bit with all that fencing and barbed wire n stuff.

well yes they are so cute! I don't know why I have this bias, but it always seems weird to me to see monks out like regular people.

There was a buddhist temple in Tod, so I am fairly used to seeing monks shopping!

The ones I saw in Asia didn't shop. They just went out with their bowls in the morning for free eats. ;-)
