I made Thai red veggie curry yesterday. I used a premade paste, but added fresh lemongrass and lime juice and used seasonal veg and added fresh cilantro/coriander and basil. Pretty tasty, if I say so myself. (annotated)

Friends of our neighbors- they are Harley people- so often before a ride, a bunch of their friends meet up at their place. Kind of noisy, but at least they just start up and ride off, rather than sit there revving the whole time (like an old neighbor of ours used to do in our old 'hood)
