I do personally agree with you! However, when you say it's "universal" I'm not sure about that?? Here's why--when I was on my honeymoon we stopped at St. Martin where we spent the day on the beach. If you had to go to the bathroom you had to go to the bar, get the key to the porter john, and a piece of TP--and when I say "a piece" I'm talking like 1 square. now come on--how'my supposed to wipe myself with 1 teeny tiny little square?!? apparently it must not be all that important to them in that country?!?! Too funny! Reminds me of days gone by (about 20 years ago) when I had no money, less money that I do now, hahaha, and would steal toilet paper from the bars when I would go out drinking with friends. We never had money left over from living expenses and our 'Monday night out' so we tried to save $$$$$$ on toilet paper. Can't believe you got a shot of this!
