I think you should crop out 3/4 of the stroller, and then clone out the rest...and I agree with Revenant...add a blur but instead of a gaussian,try adding a surface blur at 4 radius and 93 pixels..but you can also try the gaussian if you'd like, just be sure not to make it higher than 3.5...it would look too blurry...and dont add a gaussian blur to the sidewalk, it wouldnt look right either...and I would go over the rough edges with the blur tool, but on a low setting just to blend the blur with the non blurred surface as well as the edges around the couple......and try to tone down the glare of the light behind the guys arm by using the little eyedroplet icon, to capture the colour of the dark sky and then using the paint brush, on a very low setting, I would say maybe at a 5or 6 opacity and use a soft round pixel brush to gently brush a little colour on the light, just so that you get rid of some of the harshness.... Well, I hope that this will help you a little...I love the pic, its really a stunning shot, its just the harshness of the light that takes away from the focus of the couple...
